Shipping Policy

A 50% deposit is required upon order confirmation. The remaining 50% balance is payable before shipment.

Production & Delivery

Bulk production and delivery typically take 20–30 days after the order specifications, artwork and initial payment are confirmed.

Samples

Sample delivery typically takes around one week.

Return & Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns on wholesale custom-made orders.

We only accept exchanges for defective and unused items.

Items customized or printed with customer branding are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or do not conform to the approved order specifications.

If you believe your order is defective or does not match the approved specifications, please contact our sales team promptly after delivery so the issue can be reviewed.
