What is your minimum order quantity?

Our standard minimum order quantity is 2,000 pieces. MOQ may vary depending on the product, material, size, printing and customization requirements.

Can I order samples before placing a bulk order?

Yes. We recommend reviewing samples before placing a bulk order. Our sales team can confirm available samples, custom sample options, costs and shipping arrangements.

How much do samples cost?

Our standard sample fee is €250 and is refundable when a qualifying bulk order is placed. The sample fee is deducted from the final order total.

How long does it take to receive samples?

Sample delivery typically takes approximately one week. Shipping time depends on the destination and courier service.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide and currently serve customers in more than 50 countries, including markets across Europe, North America, the Middle East and Africa.

What sizes can you manufacture?

We can manufacture both standard and custom sizes. Dimensions can be produced according to the product type, intended use, carrying capacity and customer requirements.

What printing methods do you offer?

Depending on the material and design, we can offer screen printing, digital printing, printed logos, woven labels, sewn labels and other branding options. Our team will recommend the most suitable method after reviewing your artwork and product specifications.

What packaging options are available?

We offer bulk packing, individual packing and custom retail packaging. Packaging can also be customized according to labeling, barcode, retail presentation and shipping requirements.

What happens if the delivered goods are defective or do not match the approved specifications?

If delivered goods are defective or do not conform to the approved order specifications, please contact our sales team promptly after delivery. We will review the issue and determine the appropriate solution based on the confirmed order specifications.

Can you help with shipping and customs documents for Europe?

Yes. We can support international shipments and provide standard commercial shipping documents such as the commercial invoice and packing list. Additional documentation, including A.TR where applicable, can be discussed according to the destination and shipment requirements.

What information do you need to prepare a quotation?

Please provide the product type, quantity, dimensions, material, fabric weight if known, color, printing or branding requirements, labels, packaging and delivery destination. Reference images, drawings or artwork are also helpful when available.

Do you offer custom labels, barcodes and retail packaging?

Yes. We can provide woven labels, printed labels, sewn labels, barcode labels and custom retail packaging depending on the product and project requirements.

How long does bulk production take?

Standard production typically takes 20–30 days after the order specifications, artwork and payment are confirmed. More complex custom projects may require additional time.

What materials and fabric weights do you offer?

We manufacture bags using cotton, cotton canvas, polyester, mesh, non-woven and other suitable materials. Fabric weight depends on the product type and intended use. Cotton and canvas bags are commonly produced in a range of approximately 120–320 GSM, while mesh, polyester and non-woven specifications vary by construction.

How do you ship orders?

Samples are typically shipped by express courier. Bulk orders can be transported by road, air or sea depending on the destination, quantity, urgency and delivery requirements.

How can I pay for my order?

Sample orders can be paid by credit card or bank transfer. Bulk orders are paid by bank transfer: 50% when the order is confirmed and 50% before shipment. Bank transfer fees must be covered by the customer.

Can you add our logo or branding to the bags?

Yes. We offer custom printing, sewn labels, care labels, barcode labels and other branding options for qualifying bulk orders.

Do you offer private-label and white-label manufacturing?

Yes. We provide private-label and white-label manufacturing, including custom products, branding, labels and packaging based on your project requirements.

Can you manufacture custom bag designs?

Yes. We can manufacture custom bags based on your required dimensions, materials, colors, printing, labels, packaging and other specifications, subject to manufacturing feasibility and MOQ.

Can you manufacture bags in custom colors?

Yes. Custom colors are available depending on the material, order quantity and project requirements. Pantone color matching can also be discussed with our sales team.

Can we use your product images?

Please contact our team before using product images from our website or catalog. Image usage may depend on the product and intended application.

How can I request a quotation?

What artwork files do you need for custom printing?

Vector artwork in AI, EPS or PDF format is preferred. Our team will review your files before production and advise if any adjustments are required.
