Shipping & Returns

At Wholesale Bag Factory, we manufacture custom bags for B2B customers and ship samples and bulk orders worldwide. Because most of our products are made to order, shipping and return conditions differ from standard retail purchases.

Sample Orders

​

We strongly recommend reviewing a sample before placing a bulk order whenever possible. Samples allow you to check the material, workmanship, dimensions, printing and overall product quality before confirming production.

​

Our standard sample fee is €250 per design and is refundable when a qualifying bulk order is placed. Sample delivery typically takes approximately one week, depending on the destination and courier service.

​

Samples are usually shipped by express courier such as DHL and may be packed in courier pouches or small cartons depending on the size and quantity.

To request a sample, please provide:

• Billing address
• Shipping address
• Product type
• Required dimensions
• Material and fabric weight, if known
• Color
• Printing or branding requirements
• Labels and packaging requirements

Our sales team will review your request and confirm the available sample options, cost and shipping arrangements.

Bulk Order Shipping

​

Bulk orders can be shipped by road, air or sea depending on the destination, quantity, urgency and delivery requirements.

​

We ship worldwide and currently serve customers in more than 50 countries, including markets across Europe, North America, the Middle East and Africa.

​

Standard commercial export documents, including the commercial invoice and packing list, can be provided. Additional documents such as A.TR may also be available where applicable, depending on the destination and shipment requirements.

​

Production and Delivery Time

​

Standard bulk production and delivery typically takes 20–30 days after the order specifications, artwork and initial payment are confirmed.

​

More complex custom projects may require additional production time. Your sales representative will confirm the estimated schedule before production begins.

​

Payment Terms

​

Sample orders can be paid by credit card or bank transfer.

For bulk orders, our standard payment terms are:

• 50% deposit when the order is confirmed
• 50% balance before shipment

​

Bank transfer fees must be covered by the customer unless otherwise stated in the quotation or proforma invoice.

​

Returns and Custom-Made Products

​

Most Wholesale Bag Factory products are manufactured according to customer-approved specifications and are therefore custom-made.

​

For this reason, custom bulk orders cannot normally be returned or exchanged simply because the customer changes their mind after production has been completed.

​

Defective or Incorrect Goods

​

If the delivered goods are defective or do not conform to the approved order specifications, please contact our sales team promptly after delivery.

​

Please provide your order information, photographs and a clear description of the issue. We will review the claim against the confirmed specifications and determine the appropriate solution.
