This section supplements our Privacy Policy for professional contacts. It takes precedence over any general wording that treats using our website as agreement to processing: a website visit, a publicly listed address or email verification is not consent to marketing.

 

Information, sources and purposes
We obtain names, professional roles, employers, business email addresses, company domains and countries from Apollo and public company information. Apollo is an independent controller of its business-contact database. We record the source, verification status, relevant correspondence and communication preferences. We use these details to assess business relevance, identify the appropriate purchasing or sourcing contact, maintain accurate prospect records and respond to enquiries. We do not enrich telephone numbers or use sensitive personal information for this pilot.

Lawful basis and communication choices
For relevant professional contacts at verified UK corporate subscribers, we rely on legitimate interests in identifying appropriate business partners and introducing relevant custom bag manufacturing services. We assess the purpose, necessity and impact on each contact. This does not override electronic-marketing law or our email provider's rules. This pilot excludes sole traders and recipients whose applicable communication permission or classification is uncertain. Our pilot uses one relevant introduction per company, no automatic follow-up, and no open or link tracking.

You have an unconditional right to object to direct marketing. Use the unsubscribe link, reply asking us to stop, or contact hello@wholesalebagfactory.com. We will stop marketing to you and retain only the minimum restriction information needed to prevent further contact, subject to applicable deletion requirements. Who receives information and international processing
Our team accesses records in Turkey. Apollo supplies and verifies professional contact information; n8n processes automation and event records; Wix stores prospect/CRM records; Instantly manages the campaign, replies and opt-outs; and Google Workspace handles the export@wbf-export.com and partnership@wbf-export.com mailboxes. Apple Mail is the local application used to review correspondence and save drafts. Existing correspondence through hello@wholesalebagfactory.com uses Yandex. The UK pilot does not automatically forward its correspondence to that mailbox. AI services may assist analysis of correspondence and preparation of unsent drafts; commercial replies remain subject to human review.

These services can involve international processing. For the UK pilot's Apollo, n8n, Wix, Instantly and Google processing, applicable provider terms provide for adequacy-based transfers where available or Standard Contractual Clauses, with UK-specific provisions where required. Apollo's terms address independent-controller transfers; the other services' processing terms address their respective services and onward transfers. Retention and automation
We review uncontacted or non-responsive pilot prospect records within 90 days of collection or the last substantive interaction and delete or anonymise records no longer needed. An active enquiry, business relationship or specific legal requirement may justify longer retention. Minimum suppression records are kept only as necessary to respect objections and prevent re-import. Automated tools assess company relevance, remove duplicates and apply communication restrictions. AI-assisted replies are saved as drafts for human approval. We do not use this pilot to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on individuals.
